I'm Paul Anderson — husband, father, business owner, and coach. I spent my career in sales and leadership inside Fortune 300 companies, and I learned the hard way that titles don't make leaders. Character does.
Early on, I measured myself by the number. I hit it, and then I hit it again, and the target kept moving. From the outside it looked like momentum. Inside, I was running on urgency and calling it drive.
What changed wasn't a new system. It was a decision to lead the same way at home that I did at work — and to let my faith shape how I treated people when no one was watching. The results didn't slow down. They got steadier.
Since then I've coached leaders, trained sales teams, spoken to audiences in the thousands, and taught overseas. The message hasn't changed: growth starts on the inside, and it shows up everywhere else.
Most people need fewer hacks and more consistency.
Discipline is what creates freedom.
